These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Innovate Holidays website and any travel package, hotel booking, or related service booked through us. By submitting an enquiry, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Innovate Holidays is a tour operator based in Hyderabad, India, offering domestic and international holiday packages, hotel bookings, and custom itineraries. Registered office: 208, C Block, Upasana, Ahuja Estate, Abids Road, Hyderabad, Telangana 500001.

2. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have received your payment (in full or as a deposit, as agreed at the time of booking) and issued a written confirmation. Prices quoted are per the package details at the time of booking and may change before confirmation due to airline fares, hotel rates, or currency fluctuations — we will inform you of any change before taking payment.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers — Razorpay handles this in accordance with their own security standards and terms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

[This section needs your confirmation before publishing] — the following is a common industry-standard structure, but the exact cutoffs and percentages should reflect what you actually offer, and may vary by supplier (some hotels/airlines have stricter non-refundable terms than we can control):

• Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: full refund minus a processing fee
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: no refund

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Some bookings (e.g. certain flights, visa fees, or non-refundable hotel rates) may be entirely non-refundable regardless of notice given — this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Your Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documentation required for your trip, and that these remain valid for the required period after your return date. We can advise on general requirements but the responsibility for accurate, valid documentation is yours. If you use our document upload feature to share passport, ID, or visa copies with us, you confirm the documents are genuine, currently valid, and belong to you or a traveller you're authorised to book on behalf of.

5. Your Account

If you create a customer account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Our Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers — airlines, hotels, tour guides, transport operators, and similar. While we take care in selecting these partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or failures, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government action, strikes, or pandemics.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, uploading malicious files, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site (text, images, logo) belongs to Innovate Holidays unless otherwise credited, and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
